A program designed to save both Buyer and Seller money in the Sale and Purchase of their home

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

Upon listing their home, the Sellers agree to show their home themselves. This can be done by holding an Open House, or they may know someone who is interested. After the FIRST visit, the Sellers would then call their Audia Real Estate Agent with the name and phone number of the potential Buyers. The Agent would take it from there, on the Sellers' behalf, with additional showings, paperwork, etc. In this case, the Sellers have procured the Buyers.

With this program, when the Sellers procure the Buyers, only one Real Estate Agent is taking care of the transaction, thus eliminating another Agency getting involved.

This results in the COMMISSION being reduced to HALF the normal amount, thus SAVING the Sellers money in closing costs which they can possibly then pass on to the Buyers.

But don't think this is limiting your market exposure. We still advertise, and we're still listed in the Multi-List Service giving all other Agents access to the property. In this case, if another agency produces the buyer, a full commission would be paid.
